200NZD Sound System

Thursday, March 12th, 2009

Hi have tried to assembled a little sound system that will be easy to carry around and not to expensive, see below:

It is made out of:

  1. Strat clone guitar by Samick (Japan)
  2. Roland MicroBox Amp (Japan)
  3. Key chain Portable MP3 Player (Southern China), wired into the Amp

this is  light easy to carry and very cost effective full blown sound system.

nice to have the few built-in effects that comes with the MicroBox Amplifier.

It is all 9V powered and while plugged into a solar panel allowing sustainable usage in the bush.

The tr-55 below (9V as well):

was the first to deliver Jazz and Blues across the Gulf of Mexico from New Orleans Louisiana to Kingston Jamaica using only 5 transistors (an Intel Quad-Core Itanium processor has 2 Billion of them).

next enhancement will be a Wah Wah pedal.
